Policies
PURCHASES
Payments can be made with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, America Express, and Discover), or money order along with your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that SJ2KProjects LLC/DBA AnuGSNT has the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is legit, correct and complete.
TAXES
Customers will be charged 10.00% California taxes on the purchase of physical items.
SHIPPING
Item(s) will be shipped domestically within 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional amount, upon request. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box or an APO at this time, but we can try to accommodate other requests.
SHIPPING ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Item(s) will be shipped once they are in stock on the estimated date domestically, within 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional amount, upon request. You will be contacted when item(s) arrive in stock.
SHIPPING ON RETURN ITEMS
You, the customer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
All sales are final unless the item(s) received is defective, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving. The item must be in the original packaging. The item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the "Contact Us!" button. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 7 days of receiving your order.
When reaching out regarding an issue with a specific product(s), be sure to attach a clear photo of the item(s) in question. This will allow us to provide a quick and easy resolution.
DAMAGED ITEM /LOW-QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, and twelve hours for standard shipping, or once the campaign ends (whichever comes first).
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 7 days to address any concerns you have.
